To complete your trip, please park properly in the business area, close all windows and doors, and don't forget your personal belongings. Then click on "Finish Rent" at the bottom right of the app. Wait until you hear the lock engage and check briefly if the doors are closed. If this is the case, you will now see all the information about your trip in the app.
The most common causes of errors at the end of the rental period are:
- Vehicle not in business area
- Fuel card not in glove compartment
- Windows and doors not completely closed
- No mobile phone reception of the vehicle (under a bridge, in a multi-storey car park, ..)
- No more data volume on your mobile phone
