Before ending the ride in the business area of your MILES city, please mind following notes:
- Didn't forget anything in the car?
- Took all your personal belongings?
- Removed all dirt?
- Disposed your garbage?
- Folded the seats back?
- Car filled up, so that the next MILES user doesn't need to refuel straight away?
- Is the passenger airbag activated again? (danger to life)
- Is the key back in place?
- Have you parked properly?
- All windows & doors are closed?
- Chose the correct payment-profile for the ride? (private or professional profile?)
When you went through the checklist successfully, you can end your ride over the app as usual. Afterwards, you will receive your invoice via e-mail, which you can also access and download over your MILES app at any time.
- Your ride can only be ended within the business area of the MILES city where you've also started it.
- If the vehicle is in a dirty or damaged condition after your ride, we will charge the costs & fees according to our list of prices & fees.
