Please check the damage list in the app to see if the damage has already been reported.
You can find the list on the vehicle view after clicking to start the rental:
If the damage has not been reported:
1. click on the ""Report Damage"" button
2. follow the instructions in the app and take a photo of the damage
3. upload the photos to the app. Your message will be forwarded to us
4. start your ride or book another MILES in your area if the vehicle no longer fit to drive.
If you are not sure whether you want to drive the vehicle after reporting the damage, just choose another MILES in your area or contact our support team if you need help.
