How can I delete my account?
You can easily delete your account in the app yourself.
Here's how it works:
- Open the MILES app and go to the main menu by clicking on the icon in the top left corner of the screen.
- At the top, select Account and afterward Profile.
- Select Delete account at the bottom.
- Tell us why you want to cancel your account and, if you like, let us know what you think we can improve.
- Select Permanently delete account and confirm via the pop-up window that you are really sure about it. Done!
