You open the vehicle via the app. If you're already standing right in front of your MILES:
1. Tap on "Rent Now" in the app.
2. In order to open the vehicle, you have to enter your 4-digit PIN. After this, the vehicle will be unlocked automatically.
3. To start the engine in our cars or Mercedes - Sprinter, press the start/stop button.
In order to start the vans you need the ignition key, which you can find in the glove compartment.
