The verification happens in the MILES app during registration.
Download the MILES app in your App store, register for free and follow the instructions. To be ready for the verification process, please prepare your id card and your driver's license. After uploading a selfie and you're ready for your first ride as soon we confirm your verification.
In case you haven't completed your verification during the sign up process, the app will remind you to complete the process as soon as you're logged in.
