When you want to start renting a vehicle via the app, you can view the list of reported damages before you start.
Please tap the "Report Damage" button at the bottom of the list and follow the instructions if the damage you discovered is not listed yet. You will be asked about the condition of the vehicle. After taking photos of the damage, your report will be forwarded to us.
Is the vehicle fit to drive?
Then you don't have to do anything else and you're ready to go. 🤙
If the vehicle is no longer suitable for driving, we will remove it from the system. The app will then show you the next available MILES.
