💡We ask our customers to put lost property into the glove compartment or into the trunk of the vehicle. In case you already left your MILES and look for your belongings a bit later, it's best to search these two places first.
- Please contact our support if the vehicle in which you forgot your things in is no longer in your area – we will help you find the vehicle.
- Make sure to remember the license plate of the vehicle in which you left ready when calling the support. You can look it up in your ride history within your MILES app.
MILES is not liable for forgotten belongings. Please make sure to always check if you've got everything before ending your rental.
