Is the vehicle damaged, but still in good running condition? Simply report the damage via the app.
- Reserve or directly rent the vehicle. You will then see different menu items on the screen (i.e. help center or report damage).
- Tap the “damage” button in order to see if the damage in question has already been reported.
- New damage? Follow the in-app instructions to report the damage.
