Please always make sure to park the vehicle according to the road traffic regulations. Otherwise, you might cause additional charges.
Neither park our vehicles in multi-storey parking garages or underground car parks!
A working internet connection is vital to lock and unlock the vehicle and not available in those parking facilities.
💡Always terminate your rent within the business area of the MILES city where you have started it.
Parking disc
Please remember to use a parking disc if required for parking.
You couldn't find a parking disc in the glove compartment? Please leave a note with the current time and the expected parking duration behind the windshield.
At first sight:
Never terminate nor pause your ride on private parking spaces, private premises, backyards, underground parking garages or multi-storey car parks.
Make sure that there are no parking restrictions for your chosen parking space within 48hrs after you will have left the car (i.e. no stopping zones).
