You can easily make any changes to your pass right in the MILES Pass section of the app.
Want to upgrade?
Go to the main menu.
Tap on your Pass in the top right, select it again, and then tap Switch.
Choose your new pass.
Once confirmed, your switch is active as soon as you receive our confirmation email. It only takes a few seconds.
You'll start benefiting from your new perks right away.
Important:
Upgrading doesn’t reset your current billing cycle. We'll simply charge the difference between your current pass and the new one – fair and square.
Prefer to downgrade? It's that easy:
Go to the main menu.
Tap on your Pass in the top right, select it again, and then tap Switch.
Choose your new pass.
Once confirmed, your switch is active as soon as you receive our confirmation email. It only takes a few seconds.
Your current pass (and all perks) will remain active until the next renewal date – then your new pass takes over.
