You can easily cancel your MILES Pass towards the end of the current term via your app:
- Go to the MILES Pass section from the main menu.
- You can check how long your current Pass is still valid there and on the invoice for your last MILES Pass.
- If necessary, you can find your invoices in the app under "Invoice history".
Please note:
- The Pass is automatically renewed for another month or year if you do not cancel it via the app at least one day before the end of the term.
- Once you have submitted your cancelation via the app, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the remaining term.
You forgot to cancel your MILES Pass in time or your booking was a mistake?
If you did not use the MILES Pass, you can contact our support team for a refund.
Important: Please note that we cannot refund the subscription fee of a partially used and prematurely canceled Pass.
