You can unsubscribe your MILES Pass via the app at any time. To do so, simply go to the main menu and open the "MILES Pass" section.
You can check the validity of your current subscription in the app and on the invoice of your latest MILES Pass. All your invoices can be found in the Rides section of your MILES app.
💡Good to know: Your Pass is automatically renewed on the same day each month unless you unsubscribe before that day.
You are uncertain when to cancel your MILES Pass before it is automatically going to be renewed again?
- You booked a Pass on June 20. On July 20, the Pass would be automatically renewed for another month. So you can unsubscribe up to and including July 19.
- As soon as you have unsubscribed via the app, you will receive a confirmation email with an information about the remaining validity of your current subscription.
You forgot to cancel your MILES Pass in time or your booking was an oversight?
- If you have not used your MILES Pass benefits yet, feel free to contact our support team for a refund.
If you have made trips during your current subscription and thus started using the benefits of your MILES Pass already, we cannot refund the Pass fee to you any longer.
