You can cancel your MILES Pass at any time through your App. To do this, go to "MILES Pass" in the main menu.
You can check there, and on the invoice of your last MILES Pass, how long your current Pass is still valid. You can find your invoices in the App under 'Rides'.
Please note: The Pass is automatically renewed for another month if you do not cancel it via the App at least one day before the end of the term.
Don't know when to cancel your Pass before it renews?
Here's an example:
- You booked your last MILES Pass on June 20.
- On July 20, the Pass would be automatically renewed for another month. So you have until midnight of July 19 to cancel your Pass via the App so that it will not be renewed for another month.
- Once you have sent your cancellation via the App, you will receive a confirmation email from us including information about the remaining duration of your current Pass.
- You can also view the validity of your MILES Pass in the app at any time.
You forgot to cancel your MILES Pass in time or your booking was a mistake?
If you did not use the MILES Pass, you can contact our support team for a refund.
Important:
Please note that we cannot refund the subscription fee of a partially used and prematurely cancelled Pass.
