The requirement for our MILES Pass is an active, unsuspended MILES account with a valid, sufficiently funded payment method.
If the MILES Pass cannot be debited from your payment method, the Pass won't be active and you will only be able to use our service at the regular prices.
In order to continue using your Pass as usual, please update your payment method.
You are uncertain why the debit has been declined? The following reasons can cause a payment to fail:
- Your registered debit or credit card is not valid anymore.
- Your payment method has insufficient funds.
- The spending or transaction limit of your payment method have been exceeded.
You have updated your payment method successfully?
You can now book your MILES Pass via the app. After the successful subscription, your pass will be valid until the exact same day of the next month.
