In the following cases, our technical support from MILES will be happy to help you:
- The engine won't start.
- The parking mode cannot be activated.
- The rental can't be terminated.
Please note the following about your rental via redy:
Available vehicles: You can rent our S, M, L & XL vehicles. Premium vehicles are not available.
Electric cars: Please note that e-cars can be rented but cannot be charged.
Billing: You can start your trip at the standard km rate (charged per km). Our daily rates will still be applied automatically based on the number of kilometers driven and the duration of your rental.
Reservation: With our mobility partners you can reserve your MILES free of charge for 10 minutes in advance. An extension of the reservation is not possible.
Damage Report: Please check your MILES for visible damage (scratches or dents) before opening it. If you find any damage, please send us an email to email@example.com including the license plate number, photos and a short description of the damage.
Accident: No matter which app you use to ride MILES, please always adhere to the following steps in the event of an accident:
- Make sure you're safe, provide first aid if necessary, secure the accident site and then inform the police through 110.
- Contact our support via the help button of the respective app and inform us immediately about your accident.
