On the inside of the charging cap, you will find a QR code. If you scan it, you can find detailed instructions about how to charge the car properly.
Please note:
- To start the charging process, you must be in the car and at the charging station.
- Make sure that you are actually at a partner charging station. Our partner charging stations are only displayed in the app, not in the car's navigation system!
- Have a little patience when starting the charging process. The communication from the app to the station may take a little longer. If you repeatedly press the button to start charging, the process may slow down further.
- MILES is not liable for defective or occupied charging stations. Please contact the operator in this case!
