Can I also use MILES as a novice driver (Rookie)?
Yes, as a novice driver / Rookie, you can use our service as soon as you receive your permanent driver's license (plastic card).
At MILES, you count as a Rookie for the first year after obtaining your driving license. Our S, L & XL vehicles are available to you during this one-year period. On top of our standard rates, we charge a small monthly fee.
In a nutshell:
- As a rookie, you pay a monthly fee of €9 (rookie fee).
- The fee is only charged in the months you also drive. This is calculated per calendar month.
- The amount will be automatically debited from your payment method after the first ride of the respective calendar month.
- The rookie fee is only valid for the first year after obtaining your driving license. After 12 months, the rookie status and fee will automatically be removed.
