How do I get my credit for charging?

If you charge your MILES after you had a ride at the km rate, we will reward you with 10€ MILES credit!

The following requirements must be met for the charging bonus: 

• You connected the car to a charging station at the end of your rental.
• The battery level was below 30% at that time.
• You charged the car at one of our partner charging stations.
• You did not book a daily or long-term rental.

Important: 

• You can only receive the bonus once per rental & per day.
• Your credit is valid for a total of 90 days & will be automatically applied to your next trip.
• It is not allowed to charge our electric cars at private or third-party charging stations to receive the credit.
• Credit will not be given for long term rentals.
