• Please inform the support immediately.
• Call the police afterwards and inquire about the whereabouts of the vehicle.
• Found your MILES? Please pay the fine on the impounded car. The costs are to be covered by you alone and are non-refundable.

• In case of a breakdown or an accident during your trip abroad, please contact the local police immediately!
• Afterwards, call the MILES support. Follow the instructions of our colleagues and collect all relevant contact information of the involved road users.
• Document all damages, the location and circumstances of the accident thoroughly, so that the incident can be handled in the best possible way.
