Please note the following about your rental via Jelbi:
Available vehicles: You can rent all our vehicle types.
Electric cars: Please note that e-cars can be rented but cannot be charged.
Billing: You can start your trip at the standard km rate (charged per km). Our daily rates will still be applied automatically based on the number of kilometers driven and the duration of your rental.
☝️ For vans, a minimum rate per trip applies. For L vehicles this is 15€, for XL vehicles 20€.
If the price of your trip is above the respective minimum rate, the trip will be charged according to the km, hourly or daily rate. If the price is below it, the corresponding minimum rate will be charged.
Reservation: With our mobility partners you can reserve your MILES free of charge for 10 minutes in advance. An extension of the reservation is not possible.
Damage Report: Please check your MILES for visible damage (scratches or dents) before opening it. If you find any damage, please send us an email to hello@miles-mobility.com including the license plate number, photos and a short description of the damage.
Airport: At selected airports, you have the option of picking up or dropping off a vehicle. We charge a small additional fee for this, which can vary depending on the airport and vehicle. You can find an overview of all airports and rates here.
💡 At Munich Airport (MUC) you can even rent a vehicle without additional fees and for €29.99 per trip. You can find more information about the conditions here.
