Parking hubs are specially marked parking areas that are shown with a "P" in the MILES app. You can either rent a MILES car here or end your ride. Think of them as VIP lounges for your car. 🚗✨
How it works:
- Tap on the "P" icon on the map to get more info about the parking hub.
- You’ll see whether spots are free or occupied.
- You’ll also see how far away the parking hub is. Tap the blue distance indicator to navigate there via Google Maps.
- Want to start a rental? Scroll down to see all available cars. You can apply filters to find your favorite model, or even search by license plate.
❗️Important
- Parking hubs can be located in parking garages/underground garages, or in open spaces. If it is a parking garage/underground garage, you will find the information in the app as soon as you tap the blue P icon.
- Parking in parking garages or underground car parks is only allowed if the parking space is located in a MILES parking hub.
- Please only park in the marked area in the app & pay attention to any signage.
- If the parking lot is full, there is no entitlement to another parking space outside the designated car sharing parking spaces.
- If there is a barrier in front of the parking space, it will open and close automatically.
Good to know:
If you end your ride in a parking hub located in a parking garage/underground garage, you can enter the parking level and the parking spot number in the app to help others easily locate your car. A small step for you, a huge help for the next MILES user. 🖤
