A drop-off fee area is a marked spot within your business area where ending your rental costs a small extra fee. Here's how to find them on the map.
Once you're logged in, the app automatically shows you the MILES city you're currently in.
- Zoom out on the map to see your business area. The black boundary line marks where it begins and ends.
- Look for marked drop-off fee areas within that boundary. These are still part of the business area, but ending your rental there comes with a small extra charge.
- Before you confirm your drop-off in one of these areas, the app will show you the exact fee, so there are no surprises.
- Good to know: You don't need to pay for a parking ticket in paid public car parks — we've got that covered! 🙌

Use the search function to check which zone of the business area an address is in before you start your trip. Just tap the magnifying glass in the app. 🔎
Please note:
- Always follow the applicable road traffic regulations, wherever you are with MILES.
- Red-marked areas within the business area are no-parking areas, you can't end your rental there.
