How do I get the BSR voucher?
From November 2 to 22, 2026, your trip to the recycling center pays off. Here’s how:
- Book an L or XL van in your MILES app.
- Drive to any of BSR’s 14 recycling centers in Berlin.
- Park there while you drop off your stuff. There’s no minimum time, so a quick stop counts too.
- Finish your ride as usual. Once it’s completed, we’ll send you your voucher.
That’s it: 15% off your next 5 rides (up to €10 per ride), on any MILES vehicle. 🚗
Important:
- Pause your ride while you unload at BSR. This is what triggers your voucher, so make sure you don’t skip it.
- You need to be opted in to marketing communications from MILES. Otherwise, we can’t send you the voucher.
- Only L and XL vans count for the trip to BSR.
- The voucher applies to your next 5 rides, not to the BSR trip itself.
- You can receive one voucher per customer, even if you visit BSR more than once.
- BSR recycling centers are always closed on Sundays, so plan your trip for Monday to Saturday.

Redeem your code by November 22, 2026. From then, you have 30 days to use it, so all vouchers expire by December 22, 2026 at the latest.
You went to BSR but didn’t receive a voucher?
Please check that you drove an L or XL van, parked at one of the BSR recycling centers between November 2 and 22, completed your ride, and are opted in to marketing communications. You can check your opt-in under Account settings > Alerts & promotions. If everything looks right and your voucher still hasn’t arrived, contact our customer support via MILEY, our chatbot.
