How do I book a MILES Pass?

You can book your Pass easily via your MILES app:

1. Open the app → menu.

2. Tap on MILES Pass.

3. Choose monthly or yearly, then select your Pass.

4. Confirm. The confirmation email will arrive in your inbox immediately.
   Your Pass is active immediately, and you can start enjoying all the benefits right away.

Important:

• You need an active, verified MILES account.

• Payment is only possible via your saved payment method.

• You can't use MILES credit to pay for the Pass.

You didn’t receive a confirmation email from us, and the payment failed?

Please check the payment method saved in your account and make sure there are sufficient funds available.

Booked your MILES Pass and ready to go?

Select your car in the app as usual. As soon as you tap on your MILES, you'll see the reduced price. Hop in, drive off, save. 😌

Good to know:

Your Pass renews automatically on the same day of the month/year when the term ends. You can change it any time, directly in the app. Here's how it works.
