You had an accident?
No matter which app you use to ride MILES, please always adhere to the following steps in the event of an accident:
- Make sure you're safe, provide first aid if necessary, secure the accident site and then inform the police through 110.
- Contact our support via the help button of the respective app and inform us immediately about your accident.
