Once you have been invited to MILES for Business by your company, you will receive an email with a company code that you can use to easily activate the MILES for Business profile.
Here's how it works:
- Open the email on a smartphone with which you use the MILES app.
- Don't have the app yet? Just download it from your app store.
- Log in to the app and make sure you have the latest app version installed.
- Click on the "Activate access" button in the invitation email.
- The code will be copied automatically, and you will be redirected directly to the app.
- Follow the instructions & verify your email.
- Your profile is now successfully activated.
Alternatively, you can enter the code manually in the app:
- Open the app.
- Go to the account settings and click on MILES for Business under Payment Profile.
- Follow the instructions and add the Company Code.
Are you expecting an invitation but haven't received one yet? Then, it may be that you have not yet been invited as a user, or your e-mail address has not been entered correctly. In this case, please contact the admin of your company's MILES for Business account.
Important:
- The currently selected payment profile will always be displayed at the top of the app's main menu.
- Please remember to select the correct profile you want to use to pay before each trip.
