We are updating our payment methods and will soon be phasing out the option to pay your collective invoice by bank transfer. To continue receiving a collective invoice at the end of each month, you will need to activate a new payment method (SEPA or credit card).
How can I activate SEPA Direct Debit Mandate or credit card for MILES for Business?
- Activation Request: You should have already received an email with an activation button for the new payment method. Once you click on that button, the new payment method will be updated to your account, and you can set up a SEPA Direct Debit Mandate or a credit card in your MILES for Business Admin Panel. - Activation Process: Activation may take a few days after clicking the button.
- No email received? If you haven't received the email, please contact us at hello-b2b@miles-mobility.com. Let us know that you are ready to switch, and we will initiate the setup of the new payment method for you.
💡 Important: Preparation for Activation
Please make sure you have all your bank or card details ready. Once we have activated your new payment method, you will have 7 days to add it to your MILES for Business account. If you have not done so, your account will be suspended until you have added the payment method.
