What do I need to consider during the cold season?
Winter can bring a few challenges when driving. Here are a few hints to help you get through the cold season with MILES:
Icy windows? In the glove compartment, you will find a parking disk with an integrated ice scraper.
Slippery roads? All of our vehicles have all-season tires (all-weather tires) so that you can drive safely even in freezing temperatures. The use of snow chains is not permitted.
Technical issues? If you have problems with your MILES due to error messages or other issues with your MILES, please contact our support team. You can find the number during your active rental under the "?" or in the Impressum on our website.
