Battery died anyway?
- Charge your smartphone as quickly as possible, ideally right there in the car.
- Try to borrow a phone to contact our support and get assistance.
Please note:
- As soon as the engine is off, the car will automatically lock after a few minutes. From this moment, every minute counts as a parking minute and costs 0,35€.
- Still in the vehicle when the car locks itself? Switch to parking mode in the app, wait a few seconds, then exit parking mode again – this will unlock the doors from the inside.
