How, when & where do I refuel?

You can find our partner gas stations on the map in the app. Refueling there is free of charge for you throughout Germany!

💡 This is new: From now on, you no longer pay with your fuel card, but via our app.

• How it works: The refueling is started digitally via the MILES app. Simply click on "Refueling" on the vehicle detail card and follow the instructions.
• When it's necessary: If the fuel level of the vehicle has dropped below 5%, you have to refuel in order to end your rental. The app shows you what fuel your vehicle needs.
• When you get a bonus: If you fill up your MILES with less than 25% fuel in the tank during a short trip at our standard km rate, we will credit your account with a €5 bonus!
