How do I activate the parking mode without terminating my rental?

If you want to park for a stopover without ending the rental, you can simply activate the parking mode via the app.

How to activate the parking mode:

• Park the car in accordance with the existing road traffic regulations.
• Get out of the car & make sure all windows and doors are closed properly
• Swipe the button "Slide to stop over" to the right.
• Your MILES will be automatically locked. The parking mode is now active.
• A yellow banner appears at the top of the screen in the app, displaying the active parking mode and your current amount of parking minutes.

Done with your stopover?

• Exit the parking mode by swiping the button "Slide to resume ride" to the right.
• The in-app banner will now confirm that the car is unlocked and ready to drive.

💡You can now get back in and continue your trip.
