In the following cases, our technical support from MILES will be happy to help you:
- The engine won't start.
- The parking mode cannot be activated.
- The rental can't be terminated.
Please note the following about your rental via Free Now:
Available vehicles: You can rent our S, M, L & XL vehicles. Premium vehicles are not available.
Electric cars: Please note that e-cars can be rented but cannot be charged.
Billing: Flexible or planned in advance?
Start your trip with the standard kilometer rate (billing per km). As soon as you drive cheaper with a tariff, the billiger-mietwagen app automatically selects the corresponding daily tariff with the highest number of inclusive kilometers for you.
Planned in advance?
Take advantage of the wide range of rates by booking your rate in advance. In this case, all hourly and daily packages are available to you as in the MILES app.
☝️ Important: You must always stay within the parameters of your chosen rate, otherwise it will not be applied at the end of the ride, which can lead to higher costs.
Reservation: With our mobility partners you can reserve your MILES free of charge for 10 minutes in advance. An extension of the reservation is not possible.
Damage Report: Please check your MILES for visible damage (scratches or dents) before opening it. If you find any damage, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the license plate number, photos and a short description of the damage.
Accident: No matter which app you use to ride MILES, please always adhere to the following steps in the event of an accident:
- Make sure you're safe, provide first aid if necessary, secure the accident site and then inform the police through 110.
- Contact our support via the help button of the respective app and inform us immediately about your accident.
