How can I book hourly and daily rates?

You can easily select our hourly and daily rates in the app before renting. Here's how:

You want to select a vehicle directly on the map?

1. Select a vehicle and choose "Hourly & daily rates".
2. Select the rate that suits you best.
3. Your selected rate will be displayed in the next step. Here, you will find a detailed cost breakdown and can book the rate.

You want to calculate your rate first?

1. Choose "Rates & planner" in the app menu.
2. Choose your preferred vehicle category.
3. Set the time as you wish and enter the expected number of kilometers. You can reserve your vehicle up to 24 hours in advance.
4. If you want to park your MILES in another city or at an airport, move the corresponding slider below and select your destination.
5. In the next step, your individual rate and further alternatives will be displayed. Click on "Details" to see a detailed cost breakdown and to choose a vehicle on the map.

💡 An overview of all rates for your selected vehicle category can be found at the top right under "See all rates".

Please note: 

• If you exceed the previously entered time or number of kilometers of a planned rate, the price will be different.
• Even during the rental, you can add or upgrade a rate at any time by clicking on the same blue button.
• Unused time or kilometers are not refundable.
• You can make your life even easier by starting your rental at the standard kilometer rate. If you pay less with an hourly or daily rate due to your kilometers driven or parking minutes, the app will select the best rate for you.
