Can I still change my rate after I have started the rental?

Yes, it is possible to change the rate during an active rental.

Please note: You can only upgrade your rate, i.e. only change it to a higher rate. It is not possible to change to a lower rate.

Here's how it works:

1. Open your active rental in the app.
2. Tap on the blue button, “Change to daily rates”. Find the best rate by entering the desired time & number of kilometers.
3. Confirm your selection. The rate will be applied to your active rental automatically.

Important:

• Please always carefully read the terms and conditions of your chosen rate.
• Unused kilometers or time will not be reimbursed. Please make the best use of your rate.
