Can I still change my rate after I have started the rental?

You can! Even during an active rental, you can still change your rate – but only upwards. So yes to upgrading, but no to downgrading. 

Here's how it works:

1. Open your active rental in the app.
2. Tap on the "Choose day rate" button. 
3. Enter your estimated rental time and kilometers, and select the rate that fits.
4. Confirm, lean back, keep driving – the rate will be applied to your current rental.

Important:

• Double-check your selected rate before booking – better safe than surprised.
• Any unused time or kilometers won't be refunded. So plan smart and make the most of your package. 🚗💨
