If you want to register with MILES, you must meet the following requirements:
Minimum age:
You must be at least 18 years old. MILES will not allow you to drive if you are 17 years old.
Valid documents:
- EU & UK driver's license (credit card format)
- Valid ID card (EU & UK, except Ireland) or passport
Attention:
We do not accept provisional documents or international driver's licenses. Please start your registration as soon as you have obtained the required documents.
Residence:
You need to be a resident of the EU or an EEA country.
Valid payment method:
Registering with MILES requires a credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, Stripe Link or PayPal account. Please note that the security procedure "3D Secure" must be activated for your credit card.
Technical prerequisites:
- A personal email address and phone number, to which only you have access.
- An Android or Apple Smartphone, incl. all relevant access permissions.
- Our free MILES app.
Please note:
- The MILES app is not yet available in the AppGallery, so you cannot use MILES with your Huawei.
