Where can I download the MILES app?
Simply download the MILES app from your smartphone's Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please note: The app is not available for Huawei.
How does the sign-up process work?
Sign up by providing your personal email address and password. Alternatively, you can register via PayPal, Google, or Apple, allowing your login details to be taken over from the respective provider.
You will then be guided through the sign-up process, which includes the following steps:
- Entry of personal data
- Email and phone number validation
- Verification of your documents
- Registration of your payment method
- Defining your PIN to open our vehicles
Sign-up plan
Option 1: Standard (without a Pass)
You only pay when you drive. There is no base fee and no monthly cost.
Option 2: Redeem a promo code
If you have a promo code, you can enter it during registration and receive the corresponding MILES credit or benefit.
→ In this case, you start without a MILES Pass and without any monthly costs.
Option 3: MILES Pass Silver (1 month free)
The MILES Pass Silver is optional and is especially worthwhile if you drive more frequently. During the free trial month, you get:
10€ MILES credit
10% discount on the km rate
5% discount on hourly & daily rates as well as extra km
After the free month, the Pass costs 9.99€/month. If you do not want to continue using the Pass, you can easily cancel it in the app. In that case, no costs will be incurred.
Good to know:
The free Silver Pass cannot be combined with promo codes
It is available once for new users only
Are you already a MILES Rider?
- Open the MILES app and tap the menu button in the upper left corner.
- Now tap the "Sign up or log in" button and enter your email address and password.
- If you forgot your password, you can reset it anytime by tapping on "Reset password."
- If you originally signed up via PayPal, Apple, or Google, please reset your password via the respective provider.
