How to get credit:
- MILES Pass: Monthly credit as long as your pass is active. The amount depends on the pass you choose.
- Friend referral bonus: Share your personal €10 code in the app and earn credit easily.
- Promo codes: Grab extra credit for upcoming trips with our promos. Stay tuned with our newsletter and pushes so you don't miss a single promotion!
- Refueling & charging: Refuel your MILES during your ride at the per-km rate when the fuel level is below 25% and fill it up — we’ll credit you €5 for the effort. Or charge your MILES when the battery level is below 30% and receive €10 in credit. 🤑 All conditions can be found in the FAQs under "Refueling & Charging".

Rates at our per-km rate, hourly, or daily rate
Parking minutes
Border crossing fee
City-to-city fee
The following costs cannot be paid with credit:
- MILES Pass
- Rookie fee
- Processing fees (e.g., for parking tickets)
- Accident costs (e.g., repairs or deductible)
- Existing outstanding invoices
Good to know
- You can view your current credit and its expiry date anytime under "Credit balance"
- You can top up a maximum of €300 in credit.
