You can enter voucher codes right in the MILES app. They'll be added to your account instantly and can be manually activated by you before your next ride. 💸
Here's how it works:
Open the MILES app, go to the main menu, and select "Vouchers".
An input field will appear. Enter your voucher code.
Confirm your entry — that's it! The credit is added to your account immediately.
Once added, make sure to activate your voucher before starting a ride. It won't be applied automatically.
Good to know
Under "Vouchers", you can see all your available vouchers and select which one to use before your next ride.
Before and during your ride, you'll always see which voucher is currently active on the vehicle card.
Please note: Vouchers cannot be combined with Green Rate or Bonus Ride offers. If a Green Rate or Bonus Ride is available for your selected vehicle, this will be applied first. The voucher cannot be used in that case.
My voucher code is not working!
Your code isn't recognized or shows as invalid? Try this:
Check for typos: Type it in correctly (yes, capitalization matters).
New customers only: Some codes only work during registration/first sign-up — not if you already have an account.
Personal codes: Some codes (e.g., from the newsletter) are tied to your account and only work for your own account.
