You can easily rent or return our cars at Frankfurt Airport (FRA). We have reserved parking spaces for you at Terminal 1, parking row 611. You can find the location directly by entering MILES Mobility - Carsharing FRA in your navigation app.
This is how you find the parking spaces:
- Coming from the B43 or A3, drive towards Terminal 1. Keep right on the three-lane road and follow the signs for "Abflug / Departures." You will then automatically reach the "Abflugring" road. ⚠️ Stay in the right lane! The left two lanes lead to the arrivals area and the P2/P3 parking garage – from there, the car sharing parking area is not reachable.
- Follow the signs for "Car sharing" on the "Abflugring" and turn left over a small bridge just before the barriers to the departure area. Turn left again shortly afterwards and drive to the "Car sharing" parking area – the barrier will open automatically. Our reserved parking spaces are marked accordingly.
Important:
- The drop-off or pick-up fee at FRA is €3.
- You don't need to get a parking ticket. There is a gray sticker with a black dot on your windshield. The barrier recognizes this and opens automatically when you are standing in front of it with your vehicle.
- If you park your MILES in a parking space that is not indicated accordingly, we will have to charge you the fine and service fees.
- Our L & XL vehicles are not permitted at the airport! If you park a van at the airport, we will have to charge you for the service and ticket costs.
