Where do I park at Düsseldorf Airport (DUS)?

You can start or end your MILES rental at Düsseldorf Airport (DUS). We have reserved parking spots for you in parking lot P22.

This is how you can find the parking lot:

• Parking lot P22 is located just a two-minute walk from the terminal. Access by car is via the Arrivals level.
• Coming from highway A44 take the exit "Flughafen Düsseldorf".
• Follow the road signs towards "Ankunft" (Arrivals).
• Turn right in the direction of "Fracht" (Cargo). Then immediately take a right turn again at the traffic lights and continue straight ahead.
• On the right side, next to the tower, you will now find the entrance to parking lot P22.

Here is how you enter the parking lot:

• Check the license plate number of your MILES (in the app or via the environmental badge).
• At the barrier to the car park, press the intercom bell.
• Tell the service that you would like to enter the car park with a MILES and give them your license plate number.
• The service will open the barrier for you.
• You can now park the car in any free parking space, as long as it is not closed off or indicated in any other way.

Important: 

• The drop-off or pick-up fee at DUS is €5.
• You want to leave the parking lot? Simply ring the bell at the barrier so the service will let you out.
• Our L & XL vehicles are not permitted at the airport! If you park a van at the airport, we will have to charge you for the service and ticket costs.
