If your PAYBACK °Points are missing or incorrect, there could be several reasons.
Here’s what you can do:
- Check if you entered your PAYBACK number correctly in the MILES app.
- Make sure your transaction qualifies for point collection. You can find more info here.
- Verify that your MILES invoice was paid using your registered payment method. You won't earn °Points for payments made with MILES credit.
- Check whether your invoice has been retroactively adjusted. In the event of invoice corrections, the corresponding PAYBACK °Points for the respective journeys will also be adjusted. If you have received a full or partial refund of the invoice, the number of °Points will also be adjusted accordingly.
