A coupon is a digital voucher that you can activate to collect additional PAYBACK °Points with MILES. If available, you can find coupons in the PAYBACK app and on the PAYBACK website.
To use a coupon for MILES, you need to activate it on the PAYBACK website or in the PAYBACK app before your ride. Retroactive crediting of °Points is not possible.
The PAYBACK °Points you collect will be credited to your PAYBACK account after the ride is completed, but they will only become available after 31 days. The collected PAYBACK °Points will not appear on your MILES invoice but will be credited directly to your PAYBACK account. You can check your °Point balance in your PAYBACK account at any time.
Good to know:
- Coupons are valid for a limited time and automatically expire after the expiration date.
- If multiple coupons for MILES are available at the same time, they cannot be combined.
- You need the latest version of the MILES app to use coupons.
- Your PAYBACK account must be linked to your MILES account to use coupons.
- Each coupon can only be used once per user during the promotional period.
- There is no minimum spending amount required to use a coupon.
What should you do if there are issues with coupons or PAYBACK °Points are missing?
If you are missing °Points after a ride, first check if the payment was successfully processed through your registered payment method. Payments made with the MILES Wallet or failed payments will not earn you °Points. Also, ensure your PAYBACK number is correctly saved in your MILES account. If everything is correct, and you are still missing °Points, please contact PAYBACK customer service directly:
