If the fuel level of your MILES is below 25% at the start of the rental & you fill up the car, we will thank you with a bonus of €5!
The following requirements must be met in order for you to receive the fueling bonus:
It is a ride at the standard km rate: You will only receive the bonus if you have not selected an hourly or daily rate or if it has been retroactively applied.
Empty tank at the start of the rental: The tank of your MILES is less than 25% full at the start of the rental.
You have filled up the tank: The fuel level is now 100%.
You're renting the car via the MILES app: You have not booked via one of our partner platforms.
You have refueled at a partner gas station: The refueling must take place at a partner gas station in Germany.
Important:
You can only receive the bonus once per vehicle & per rental.
The bonus cannot be granted for refueling during hourly or daily rates.
Parking minutes incurred during the refueling process are compensated with the bonus.
💡 The refueling bonus will be automatically credited to your account after your rental.
The credit is valid for 90 days & will be applied to your next trip.
