How can I delete my account?
Sad to see you go! 😔
You can easily delete your account within the app.
Here's how it works:
- Open the MILES App and go to the main menu by clicking on the icon in the top left corner of the screen.
- At the top, select "Account settings", scroll down, and tap on "Delete account" at the bottom.
- Please let us know why you would like to cancel your account and, if you'd like, share your thoughts on what we can improve.
- Select "Delete account permanently" and confirm via the pop-up window that you are really sure about it. Done!
