In the first registration step, you set up an email address and password to log in to your MILES app.
Good to know: You can change your email address and password at any time in the account settings.
Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address as usual when logging into the App and confirm by clicking "Next".
- Now, select the "Forgot password" option below the input field and follow the instructions.
- You will then receive an email with a link, which you can use to reset your password.
- You have not received an email? Check your spam folder! If you can't find the link there either, please contact us via our chatbot MILEY.
Please note:
- If you registered via PayPal, Google, or Apple, your login details for the respective provider will automatically be used to log in to the MILES app.
- In this case, you can only change your login details directly via the respective provider.
