Your PIN is your key to our MILES cars!
Use your 4-digit code to unlock your MILES before every ride. You set your PIN during registration in the app.
Make sure to enter all 4 digits correctly (rain can make this tricky ☔️).
Important: Never share your PIN with others!
Forgot your PIN or want to change it? Reset it easily in your account settings:
- App → Account settings
- Login & Face ID → PIN
- Enter your password
- Set a new 4-digit PIN
- Repeat & confirm — done!
💡 Note: If you registered via PayPal, Google, or Apple, the PIN can't be changed — neither by you nor by us.
Good to know
- You can use Face ID or Touch ID to unlock instead of a PIN. You can adjust this setting at any time in the app.
- For Face ID/Touch ID, the MILES app needs the corresponding permissions on your phone.
- New phone? Permissions don't transfer automatically when you switch devices; you'll need to enable them again.
