At MILES, you can pay with a credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, Stripe Link, and PayPal. Please note that 3D Secure must be enabled on your credit card.
What's a payment profile?
Your payment profile contains your registered payment method and billing address. These are used to invoice your rides and other related costs.
You can create up to two payment profiles in your MILES account:
Private payment profile
When you register, your private payment profile is automatically set as your default payment profile. It contains your personal address, e-mail address, and payment method, which you provided during registration.
Professional payment profile
After successfully setting up a private payment profile, you can add a professional payment profile to your account to separate business and private trips.
Here's how it works:
- Open the app, go to the main menu and open "Payment profiles".
- Choose "Add Professional Profile".
- Enter the payment method you want to use for your business trips.
- Now enter all required business details (email address, company name, billing address, and VAT ID of your company).
💡 If several drivers drive for the same company, MILES for Business may be an option for you. In the company account, you can manage who can use MILES for business trips. For more info about MILES for Business, click here.
Important:
- You can switch between payment profiles at any time.
- Please make sure to select your preferred payment profile before the end of your ride. Subsequent adjustments are only possible via our chatbot MILEY and for invoices that are a maximum of 3 months old. We charge €2.50 per adjustment.
