You can reserve your MILES up to 24h in advance – the first 10 minutes are free. Each additional minute is charged at €0.10/min.
And this is how it works:
- Select your MILES by clicking on the respective pin (S, M, L, XL, Premium) on the map in your app. You will then see the vehicle card with all the information about your selected model.
- Tap "Reserve", and a reservation time of 10 minutes starts.
Extend reservation:
- Are 10 minutes not enough? Tap the "+ 10 min" symbol next to the counting reservation time to extend the reservation.
- You can click the button multiple times, and you will only ever be charged for the actual reservation time.
Cancel reservation:
Plans changed? No worries. You can cancel your reservation at any time!
- Tab on "Cancel reservation" and confirm.
- If you have already extended the reservation beyond the 10 free minutes, the amount due at this moment will be charged accordingly.
Important:
- If you reach the vehicle before your reservation runs out, you'll only be charged for the reservation time up until the start of your rental.
- After canceling your reservation, you can re-reserve the same vehicle for a fee of €1.
