Don't panic – this can happen sometimes! The GPS on your smartphone or MILES may briefly struggle to pinpoint your exact location. Here's what you can do:
- Check your smartphone's signal and close & reopen the app.
- Have a look around your immediate area – could the vehicle be parked in a nearby side street or in a separate car park?
You don't see any cars on the map?
- Make sure your location services are switched on.
- Check that MILES has a business area in your city.
