No key, no stress – you can unlock your MILES easily through the app:
Tap your preferred MILES on the map and select "Choose vehicle".
Quickly check the car for any exterior damage or dirt – if you spot anything, report it via "Report damage".
Swipe the "Slide to open" button to the right.
Enter your 4-digit PIN – the car will automatically unlock, and you're good to go. 🙌
Take a moment to adjust your seat, mirrors, and steering wheel. We'll give you the first 3 minutes on us. ✌️
Your PIN is your key:
Your 4-digit code unlocks any MILES – alternatively, you can also use Face or Touch ID. You can set this up during registration or at any time afterwards in the app.
Keep your PIN strictly confidential and never share it with anyone. Your account security comes first! 💪
